Additional support requests for cameras which we previously installed and tested to be working properly after 14 days will be billed at 15-minute increments, at the rate of $25.00 per 15 minutes.
Any extra computers will take about 15 minutes to complete, so more time beyond the first 30 minutes can be scheduled for $25.00 per additional 15 minutes.
During the day of the tech support appointment, you will need to download and run our Splashtop SOS agent and provide the technician with the 9-digit code it generates for them to access your computer remotely. You can find that support software download using this link:
