1. Where can I download the driver software?

2. Where is the user’s manual?
At this time there is no download for the user’s manual. A printed copy of the manual should be packaged with your Quickray sensor If you need further assistance please visit our Remote Support page.

3. What operating systems  is Quickray compatible with?
All 32 or 64 bit editions of Windows XP, Vista, 7 and 8, or Mac OS X 10.6 or later.

4. What imaging software can I use with Quickray sensors?
Apteryx XRayVision and XVLite and all of its OEM versions (ProfSuni. CliniView, Benco OneView and others), CADI, Curve Hero, Dental Eye, Patient Gallery, and XDR are natively supported. Quickray can be used in Dexis, Eaglesoft, KDI/Carestream, Mediadent, Schick CDR Dicom, Tigerview, Visix and VixWin with an available twain software installed. For Mac OS X, MacPractice and Radiovision are supported.

4. What imaging software can I use with Discovery Ultra Wireless cameras?
Apixia Digirex, Apteryx XRayVision and XVLite and all of its OEM versions (ProfSuni. CliniView, Benco OneView and others), CADI, Curve Hero, Dental Eye, Dentrix Image, Dexis, Eaglesoft, Eva ProImage, KDI/Carestream, Mogo, Patient Gallery, Schick CDR Dicom, Softdent Imaging, Tigerview, VixWin, and XDR. For Mac OS X, MacPractice and Radiovision are supported.

5. How do I capture an image from the camera’s freeze button?
Refer to the chart <here> and set the button utility for your particular imaging software. If your software is not listed, no button utility settings are needed. If you need further assistance please visit our Remote Support page.

6.  What do the other buttons on the hand piece do?
The Quad, Up, Down, and Delete buttons are for use with a standalone receiver. If you have a computer and imaging software, these buttons have no function.
